Whether for single-unit production or standard parts, the customer’s wishes know no bounds, as far as is technically possible. Our machinery is state-of-the-art and is constantly updated. Some of the machine tools are loaded or unloaded using handling robots, enabling us to increase both their flexibility and the process reliability.

We cut our gear teeth by means of external hobbing, external and internal shaping and external profile grinding. We sharpen all our gear cutting tools on our own machine tools, thereby ensuring a high level of precision and availability.
